Halo-Halo A Filipino Delicacy

Halo-Halo: A Filipino Delicacy

Though it may sound strange, Halo-Halo is an extremely popular and quite delicious Filipino dessert. It's made by combining shaved ice, ube ice cream, milk, and any other variety of toppings you choose. Halo-Halo literally translates to Mix-Mix, as it is suggested that you mix all ingredients together to get a little of everything in each bite.
