The packaging of my items was amazing. They packed all items very securely to ensure no damage. The diffuser smells great! I purchased the Blue door for my bathroom.

I wish you would package a refill for these reed diffusers. The bottles are so heavy and nice, but I hate to buy new ones and throw the old ones away. If you sold refills of the scents It would save the glass bottles.
