Here at Bridgewater, we want to exceed your expectations. For this reason, we are here to answer your questions and be of assistance. Our Customer Service Team is available Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm and Fridays until 5pm EST (excluding holidays). Did your order arrive with one or more damaged products?

We want to make it right! Please take a photo of the damaged product and send it to our Customer Service Team by clicking “Support” in the bottom right corner of the website, or give us a call at 1-877-843-2743. Upon receiving your pictures, we will issue a refund for the damaged product or key a replacement at no cost to you.

Did your order arrive with the wrong items?

We apologize for the inconvenience. If the items you received do not match the items you ordered, please give us a call at 1-877-843-2743 or click “Support” in the bottom right corner to let us know about the issue. One of our Customer Service Team Members will be more than happy to assist you in correcting your order.  

Were you not a fan of the fragrances you ordered?

We understand that ordering fragrances online can be difficult because you cannot smell the fragrance beforehand. Please contact our Customer Service team by clicking “Support” in the bottom right corner or by calling 1-877-843-2743. We will be happy to assist you with a speedy resolution for this issue.

Did the product quality not meet your expectations?

Your satisfaction is our highest priority, so please share your experience with us. Please click “Support” in the bottom right corner and one of our Customer Service Representatives will respond within 24-48 hours.

If you can provide an image of the issue with the product and one of the bottom label of the item, we will be able to share that information with our Quality Control Team so that they can research possible explanations for poor performance.

Did you purchase one of our items from an independent retailer or online marketplace?

We want every Bridgewater experience you have to be amazing. Returns from Independent Retailers and our website our handled differently. For a return or refund from outside our website, please contact the retailer where the item was purchase regarding your issue. If it was a gift or you are unable to return to the retailer where the item was purchased, please contact Customer Service Team by phone at 1-877-843-2743 or by clicking “Support” in the bottom right corner.

Changed your mind about your order and wish to return the items?

If your order is in the same condition you received it in (i.e. the packaging has not been opened. The candle has not been lit.) You can return your order for a refund. All items will need to be returned at your expense. Return shipping expenses are non-refundable. We ask that you include your name and order number along with the reason for your return. Once the return is received, our Customer Service Team will issue a refund for the value of the items returned. Returns may be sent to the address below:

Did you have issues with a promo code?

Please keep in mind that only one discount can be redeemed per order. If there is an automatic discount you are enjoying based on an item in your cart, you will not be able to apply a promo code to that order.

If you typed in the promo code for a valid and active promotion, but it was not applied to your order, please reach out via telephone at 1-877-843-2743, or by clicking ”Support” in the bottom right corner, so that one of our Customer Service Team Members may assist you.

Discontinued and Seasonal Items

At Bridgewater Candle Company we strive to bring you new fragrances on a consistent basis. As a result there are fragrances that are discontinued twice a year to make room for the new product. Any products marked as “Discontinued” or “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Holiday fragrances are only offered June 1st- December 15th. Any returns or requests for refund on holiday products must be within 30 days of shipping or by January 15th whichever arrives first.
