Bridgewater Shipping Rates

We use a standard shipping rate based on the value of the items in your cart! Usually, the larger your purchase, the greater the cost to ship all of the items safely, so we've created a tiered system to better serve your needs and make sure we can ship your order safely and in a timely manner.

*Please Note: in order to be eligible for FREE Shipping your order must be $75+ AFTER promotional codes have been applied
**Room Sprays are not eligible for 2-day shipping due to restrictions from our carriers. Aerosols are not eligible to ship via airmail.
**Please account for order processing time when selecting 2-day priority shipping. For 2-day expedited shipping, the order will be delivered within two days of being fulfilled.

Where do we ship?

Bridgewater Candles currently ships to end consumers in all 50 United States. We also ship to Post Office Boxes in the United States.
Due to agreements with our international distributors, we do not ship outside the United States at this time.

I just placed an order. When will it ship?

Orders placed prior to 2pm EST on business days will typically ship out same-day. Orders placed after 2pm EST on business days or over the weekend will ship out the next business day.
You will receive a notification via email or Messenger when your order ships. All orders ship from Spartanburg, SC.
We are taking care to make sure your order ships in a timely manner. However, shipping carriers are experiencing extremely high volumes at this time. Our default shipping method is FedEx Ground Economy which can take up to 10 business days to deliver. Once your order has shipped, please refer to your tracking information for any and all updates. We thank you for your patience while waiting on your order to arrive.  

 

How can I track my order?

1. Log into your Bridgewater candles account to track your order.
2. Use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email or Facebook Messenger message to track your order.
3. Call customer service to check the status of your order.
