This is one of the best scent combinations I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I first purchased the candle in store for my home. After loving it, I got the auto clip for my vehicle. The scent has lasted about 6 months even though 30 days is the expected life of the fragrance. However, I only drive about 1 or 2 times per week so not much air is passed through the vent. It contains patchouli which can be an overpowering and loud odor to some per the negative reviews. But, overall the combination results in a light sweetness and an elegant musk. So, maybe there was a bad batch for the folks who experienced otherwise.
