Really not sure how to rate this yet, I’ve only had for a week maybe two. The diffuser worked great for the first few uses but now the sweet grace fragrance cartridge doesn’t connect well causing the diffuser to shut off. I bought one for myself and one as a gift for my sister’s birthday, I’m hoping that she doesn’t have the same problem with hers.

Contacted the company and I was told that I had to pay for return shipping and it must be in its original box which I obviously don’t have anymore. They need to work on their customer service. Very disappointed in this product as I love the scent.

So disappointed with this product. I’ve logged less than 2 hours with the diffuser and you can’t smell it at all. I could smell it the first five or six minutes of turning it on, after that, it’s not even noticeable. I use it on high since I like a strong fragrance, and it just isn’t what I expected at all.
